9:00 A.M.-Rehearsal Begins

9:15 A.M.-Meeting for teachers in Choral Room (snacks will be provided)

10:30 A.M.-Break for girls, guys continue working

10:45A.M. -Break for guys, girls resume rehearsal

11:00 A.M.-Guys resume rehearsal

12:00-1:15 P.M.  LUNCH

1:15 P.M.-Rehearsal resumes

3:00 P.M.-Break

*Students get dressed for the concert

3:45 P.M.-Students in place for concert

4:00 P.M.-Concert

*** The public is invited, free of charge

Raynard Brown is our clinician and Carol Wilson is our accompanist

Important Information

FORMULA

How many students can you bring? 

1 student for every 50 students enrolled in your school, grades 7 and 8 up to 20 total.  All schools may bring 8 students even if the formula comes out less than 8.  Also, bring an equal number on all parts. 

Ex.  If you have 465 students enrolled in your jr. high, you may bring 9 students total.  (2 sop, 2 alto, 2 tenor, and 2 bass, and 1 student on whatever part you want)

$7 for each student you signed up to bring. 

$5 for the CD if you need one. 

Pay with check, cash or P.O.

Thank you for respecting the facility!

·        Please keep food or drink outside the rehearsal area

·        Keep feet off of the seating in the facility

What do I wear?

·        Wear school appropriate, comfortable clothing and shoes

·        Bring nice dress clothing for the concert

Where do I eat?

·        Students need to bring money for lunch at local fast food restaurants

·        More details on other lunch possibilities will follow

Where is the University?

·        Directions will soon be available on the website

CD recordings of concert

·        Shhh Productions will be recording the concert and you will have the opportunity to pre-order a copy at the concert

Please remember to send quartets if at all possible.  Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions.   

The rehearsal recording will be finished soon.  When I get finished I will e-mail these files to everyone that has sent entries.  After you receive the files, if you can’t get them to play, let me know and I will send you a CD.
